This innovation involves aligning Technora fibers within the laminate of the sail panels, following the characteristic curved path radiating from the sail’s corners.
We fully harnessed the advanced capabilities of our 3D design software to craft a super-efficient Bi-Radial panel layout. This cutting-edge approach ensures that the sail performs at its peak, delivering responsiveness and power in perfect harmony.
To further enhance the Matrix-ME’s capabilities, we’ve meticulously engineered a continuous panel layout, which ensures that the Technora fibers run without interruptions along the entire load path. The result is a sail that efficiently distributes load, allowing us to use a thinner film while maintaining robustness and achieving a significantly lighter sail.
